Cancellations and refunds

Strategy sessions and workshops can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
