Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all consulting services, workshops, digital products, subscriptions and AI-related services provided by Swiss Venture Growth Meyer-Scharenberg to businesses and consumers. Individual written agreements take precedence. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

2. Contracting party

Your contracting party is Swiss Venture Growth Meyer-Scharenberg, a sole proprietorship owned by Frederic Meyer-Scharenberg, Klettgauerstrasse 67, 8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.

3. Services

We provide business and growth consulting, marketing consulting, AI and automation consulting and implementation, AI education and digital products. Current offers and prices are listed on our pricing page. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, medical or immigration advice, and we do not sell or book travel services.

4. Consulting services

Consulting is provided with due care as a service (mandate), not as a guaranteed result. Scope, deliverables, timeline and price of larger engagements are defined in a written proposal.

5. Digital products and content

Digital products (such as guides, templates and playbooks) are delivered electronically, usually by a download link sent by email immediately after payment. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own purposes.

6. AI-based services

Our products and services use or teach the use of third-party AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). Access to these tools requires your own account with the respective provider and is subject to their terms and prices.

7. Your responsibilities

You provide the information and access needed for our services in good time, ensure you are entitled to share any data you give us, and use our products lawfully.

8. Contract formation

For online purchases the contract is formed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed. For consulting, the contract is formed when you accept our offer or book a session.

9. Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). As a VAT-exempt business we do not charge Swiss VAT. Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

10. Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe by card or other methods shown at checkout. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Strategy sessions and digital products are paid in advance.

11. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period stated at checkout until cancelled. Price, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period.

12. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. Appointment cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Intellectual property

All rights in our materials remain with Swiss Venture Growth Meyer-Scharenberg. Work results created specifically for a customer may be used by that customer for the agreed purpose once paid in full.

15. Permitted use

You may not resell, publish or share our digital products or make them available to third parties unless we agree in writing.

16. Third-party services

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing or content of third-party services such as AI providers, booking platforms or software tools.

17. AI-generated information

AI-generated information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying important information with the relevant provider, authority or other authoritative source before making decisions. For travel this includes entry and visa requirements, prices, availability, opening hours, bookings, transport, local regulations and health and safety information. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, immigration or other regulated professional advice.

18. Availability

We aim to keep websites and digital downloads available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

19. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for personal injury and mandatory statutory liability are not limited.

21. Changes

We may update these terms. The version valid at the time the contract is formed applies to that contract.

22. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing engagements in accordance with the agreement or, for mandates, at any time under Swiss law. Services already provided remain payable.

23. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law of their country of residence where applicable.

24. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, in particular for consumers.
