Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strategy sessions and workshops

• Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment, with a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before: 50% of the price is refunded, or the session can be rescheduled once free of charge.
• If we have to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new appointment of your choice.

Consulting projects

Cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms for projects are defined in the individual written proposal. Work already performed is billed.

Digital products

• If a digital product is faulty or cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund.
• You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product.
• Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Subscriptions

Checkout shows the price, billing frequency, renewal and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken. Periods already started are not refunded pro rata unless required by law.

Custom services

Services created individually for you are governed by the relevant offer or agreement.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days before the amount appears.
