AI for tax firms
Less routine. More time for advice.
We build AI solutions for tax advisory firms that prepare requests for missing receipts, client replies and drafts. Your team reviews and approves. Responsibility stays with the adviser, the routine gets smaller.
Everyday reality
The deadlines are fixed. The receipts still arrive late.
Chasing receipts
The month is over, the bank statements are in, the invoices are missing. So remind, ask again, wait.
Phone and inbox
“Is my return done yet?” Every call interrupts work on the annual accounts, every email has to be matched and answered.
Deadline pressure
Before filing deadlines everyone works late. In Germany, advised returns for 2025 are due on 1 March 2027.
Staff
Good tax assistants are hard to find, and smaller firms often lose the salary competition. The work has to get done with the existing team.
New obligations
From 2027 many of your clients must issue e-invoices. At the end of 2027 DATEV's local licences expire, new features only come in the cloud.
AI, done properly
Many use ChatGPT on the side. Client data does not belong there, and the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisers expects rules, control and proper contracts.
Targeted solutions, not a big-bang project
We start with the process that costs you the most time.
You do not need to switch your practice software. We build on what you have, for example DATEV, and close the gaps your software still leaves open today.
Missing receipts
AI spots which documents are missing and prepares a specific reminder for each client. Your team approves.
Phone and email
Calls are answered and logged as call-back requests, emails are matched to the client and presented with a draft reply. Tax questions always come to you.
Drafts and research
Client letters, draft objections and summaries are prepared, with sources you can check.
Rules and documentation
For our solutions we provide the required documentation and help you set up an AI policy and an AI register.
Free AI check
How far along is your firm?
The AI check shows you where you stand in two minutes. If you like, you then get a detailed report on your workflows: what your practice software already offers, which tools fit, what professional rules and data protection require and rough costs.
